We understand the urgency of product requirement for Oil & Gas Industry & industrial breakdowns at various situations attenuating the project performance.
Steel Sales Co., rising among the top-ranking companies in the world, is actively engaged in masterfully producing and trading nickel alloy latrolets of rich and pristine quality. Our products have always been known to be distinguished from the other products in the market, because of their refined finish and superior quality that stands up to all the expectations and criteria regarding quality and functionality.
Nickel alloy latrolets are physically structured in a form so as to be able to divert the direction of the flow from the main pipe by an angle of 45°, while chemically, the alloy displays diverse elements such as copper, iron, nickel, carbon, silicon, etc. The fundamental element, nickel, contributed towards the ductility, formability, and weldability, while also playing a considerable role in the corrosion resistance displayed by the olets. While carbon present in a lower amount also considerably lowers the susceptibility of the latrolets against corrosion. The structure on the other hand can either be socket welded or butt welded to the main pipe and the branch, to secure the connection and make it leak-proof.
While changing the direction of the flow, the pressure accompanied by the content inhabited by the pipes also tends to change and this pressure is what is exerted on the walls of the nickel alloy latrolets. And this pressure is tackled by the strength exhibited by the alloy olet fittings which is commendable and also proves to be useful when dealing with strenuous conditions. Harsh operating conditions are also characterized by an increase in the temperature of or around the system. The nickel alloy latrolets are equipped with the ability to withstand soaring temperature conditions and along with this have also proven to be capable of functioning even as the temperatures dropdown. This broad spectrum of temperatures tolerated by the latrolets adds to the efficiency and benefits of employing these olets. Additionally, these fittings also display corrosion resistance, durability, and stability in different working conditions, be it stressful or normal.
The aforementioned traits attributed to the usage of nickel alloy latrolets grant it a number of applications, which include the construction industry, shipbuilding, oil and gas processing, off-shore drilling equipment, power plants, laboratory equipment, aircraft applications, pharmaceuticals, mining, petrochemicals, etc.
The products we precisely engineer are subjected to a series of mechanical and chemical tests and inspections, aimed at distinguishing any kind of fault which might be present in the product and replacement of the particular product before it is dispatched.
