We understand the urgency of product requirement for Oil & Gas Industry & industrial breakdowns at various situations attenuating the project performance.
Steel Sales Co. has been regarded as a notable and a leading name in terms of manufacturing and distributing nickel alloy nipolets, among other metal and alloy products, available in various dimensions and specifications from our vast inventory. The machinery we utilize to assemble together high-standard raw materials is developed to the highest degree, with maintenance carried out periodically by trained professionals, to ensure that there is no negligence of any form when it comes to the quality of the products we supply.
While connecting different pipes together to form an organized system, the main pipe needs to sometimes be connected with branch pipes that are responsible for diverting the flow in a separate direction and the latter pipes might not be of the same diameter as the primary pipe and are in fact, mostly smaller in diameter. In order to connect such pipes, we use branch pipe fittings, with the end connecting to these diverging pipes and belonging to this category is nipolets. The nickel alloy nipolets are olets with a longer arm towards the branch end as compared to the end welded on the run pipe, this is to make it easier to fit the fittings within the pipe. This method of connection with the branch pipe that is comparatively different from that of the other fittings, enables a more secure and intimate connection between the nipolet and the branch pipe and in turn, between the two pipes to be connected. When we talk about the nickel alloy, its chemical composition plays a major role in distributing properties to the olet, with the fundamental element of nickel being present in abundance.
With the nickel alloy nipolets being thread welded or socket welded inside the branch pipes, one of the important benefits of their usage is the tightened seal they provide, which also protects the system against any form of leakage. The material on the other hand provides the fittings with several properties, like the resistance it displays against corrosion. The nipolets made from nickel alloy exhibit corrosion resistance that protects both the olet and the component within the pipes against the deteriorating and polluting effects of rust. The elevated temperature within and around the piping system doesn’t pose a problem, when using nickel alloy nipolets, since they manifest commendable thermal stability, due to the heat resistance trait they possess. Additionally, the nipolets are also known to showcase impressive strength, stability, and durability.
The applications in which the nickel alloy nipolets are actively employed include transportation, laboratory equipment, food processing, nuclear power plants, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, gas mills, etc.
We are known to strictly adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth for safeguarding the quality of the product and accordingly, we conduct elaborate tests on every batch we produce, regularly. Certificates are also provided with every product we deliver.
